Nurses in management roles are responsible for overseeing millions of dollars in charges, revenues, and inventories. They manage internal customers and patients. They own responsibility for customer satisfaction and employee engagement. The list goes on. When did we teach nurses how to be CEOs?

I wrote this book to honor these healthcare heroes as well as offer a resource to thrive as both a clinical and business leader.
