Alan is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Back Belt with 20+ years of operations improvement and executive management experience with strong productivity and margin delivery to organizations in excess of $250M. As a healthcare executive, Alan has led strategic continuous improvement campaigns across a multi-hospital portfolio in cycle and cost reduction strategies in Surgical, Emergency Services, Labor Management, Ancillaries, and Ambulatory settings.
Prior to Alan’s tenure in healthcare, Alan served across multiple operating environments including manufacturing, service, transactional, and commercial operations in multiple Fortune 100 companies. Alan also served in the US Navy for over 10 years.
Alan earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the New School University, Milano School of Business. He also holds an MBA with a specialization in Project Management and an M.S. in Quality Assurance from the School of Engineering Technology and Management at Southern Polytechnics State University. Alan lives in Saint Johns, FL with his wife Andrea and family.
